Noire Rum

Wildcat Brothers Noire is a 5-year-old blended rum crafted by Wildcat Brothers Distilling in the Acadiana region. It is notably matured using a unique combination of white oak and ancestral Louisiana fruit-tree hardwoods (from wood chips). They claim to use no molasses, just raw sugar in their recipe.
