Roulaison Bottled in Bond Rum is an ultra-aged, New Orleans-style rum produced by Roulaison Distilling Co. Distilled from 100% Louisiana molasses in alembic pot stills, it is aged for over five years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at exactly 100 proof. Nose: Rich aromas of orange peel, clove, allspice, black tea, and raspberry. Palate: Medium-bodied and fruity with a well-balanced mix of zesty orange, allspice, black tea, vanilla, and dark fruit. Finish: A medium-length, warming finish that brings together bright citrus and sweet barrel influence.
