This is Yowie Strikes Back with 10 months aging in a Madeira cask, still featuring the pre-2010 S. Pombe yeast trademark notes of floral eucalyptus and apricot but with new refined flavors of wild honey, white pepper and a dry matchstick finish. He’s saucier than before, but still a BEAST!
