Seaworthy Rum

Our golden barrel-aged rum boasts warm notes of toasted sugar and toffee. Our rum starts with small batch, kettle cooked sugarcane, in the form of certified organic panela sugar straight from the Caribbean. After the rum has been distilled, we fill our freshly emptied Boatwright Bourbon barrels to age for 12 months. The spirit will transport you to the beach while looking at snowcapped mountains.
