Distilled at the legendary Long Pond and aged for just under 22 years in ex-Bourbon barrels before an additional 2yrs in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks and a final finish in an ex-Rye cask from Brooklyn's New York Distilling Company. Distilled from 100% molasses on the distiller's legendary double retort John Dore copper stills, yielding an extremely high ester rum. Bottled at natural cask strength with zero additives or artificial ingredients with a total ester count of 280 grams per hectoliter and 1133 volatile compounds g/h.
