Blanco

Paranubes Rum is an artisanal aguardiente de caña produced in the
rugged Sierra Mazateca of northern Oaxaca. Hidden deep in
mountain valleys, the organically grown cane fields date back
hundreds of years to not long after cane arrived in Mexico.
Maestro Jose Luis Carrera is a third-generation producer, whose
grandfather founded his community of Rio Tuerto, home of
Paranubes. He has created a truly unique rum, with a rich body and
notes of overripe fruit, and savory accents of nightshade and sea air.
