Oyama Jinshichi ShotenIt is a domestic craft rum made by Oyama Jinshichi Shoten in Ibusuki, which is rich in nature. The raw material is sugar candarine grown by Unmaka Sugar in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is a white rum made by agricoal method that is made by hand from harvesting to squeezing, taken to the distillery on the same day after squeezing the juice, and prepared by adjusting the sugar content with the underground natural water that springs from the distillery. The origin of the brand name ACOU was born from the sacred tree "Akou no Ki" in the Miyagahama area where the distillery is located.
