Blend of the two Jamaican Funk Powerhouses, Hampden & Worthy Park, finished in a Paxarete (Pajarete) Cask, which is a Spanish-Moorish tradition of boiling down Pedro Ximenez Grapes into an intense wine syrup known as a "Rubb" in Arabic, more specifically "Baksharit", from which the Spanish "Paxarete" is derived.
