Denali Spirits signature rum is made from 100% Barbados molasses, distilled and aged for a minimum of 2 years in former Denali Spirits Whiskey casks. A complex, full-bodied rum with prominent notes of toffee, toasted butterscotch, and ripe stone fruit. Tasting notes of molasses, cherries, and vanilla with delicate notes of oak and cinnamon.
